Type: Radar Data
Source: Belgian Air Force Air Defense Network
Intermittent radar returns showing fast-moving unidentified objects with abrupt speed and altitude changes, occasionally confirmed during F-16 interception attempts.
Radar tracking data recorded during the March 30–31 intercepts showed unidentified objects performing abrupt maneuvers, including rapid altitude changes and speed accelerations from roughly 150 mph to over 1,200 mph without sonic booms. Although the F-16 pilots achieved brief radar locks, they never obtained visual confirmation of the craft, and the Belgian Air Force concluded that while the data was credible, it could not be fully explained by known aircraft or atmospheric anomalies.
