Key Details from Zamora’s Report
The Object and Occupants: Zamora described a shiny, white, oval-shaped object resembling aluminum, resting on two slanted legs about 3-4 feet off the ground. He observed two humanoid figures in white coveralls near the craft, noting they appeared to be "small adults or large kids." One figure seemed startled by Zamora’s approach. A red insignia (described as an inverted V with three lines) was visible on the side of the craft.
The Takeoff: As Zamora approached, the craft emitted a loud roar and a bluish-orange flame from its underside. Startled, Zamora ran for cover behind his patrol car. He then watched the object rise vertically, hover at approximately 10-15 feet above the ground, and accelerate rapidly to the southwest, becoming silent and invisible over the mountains.
Physical Evidence: Upon returning to the site with Sergeant Sam Chavez, Zamora documented burning vegetation, four angular indentations in the sandy soil (consistent with landing gear), and metal scrapings on a broken rock within one impression. No footprints were found, despite initial reports suggesting slight depressions.
