GARPAN interviewed an additional witness in 2012 concerning the November 7, 1990 Bonaventure Hotel incident. The witness described observing the phenomenon near the beginning of the broader sighting and reported that approximately twenty young people were present and reacting to the phenomenon. The interview was conducted more than two decades after the original event and should therefore be treated as retrospective testimony.
