Ryan Graves is a former U.

S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot who reported frequent encounters with unidentified aerial phenomena while assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron VFA-11 aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Following radar upgrades in 2014, Graves and fellow aviators observed numerous unidentified objects during training missions off the eastern coast of the United States. He later became one of the most prominent military witnesses advocating for improved reporting and investigation of UAP encounters.
