On July 15, 2019, the USS Omaha, a U.S. Navy littoral combat ship, encountered multiple unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) approximately 100 miles off the coast of San Diego. The incident is documented by FLIR (Forward Looking Infrared) footage recorded in the ship’s Combat Information Center, which shows a six-foot diameter spherical object hovering and traveling alongside the vessel for over an hour before vanishing into the Pacific Ocean at approximately 11:00 p.m. GMT.
The Pentagon confirmed the authenticity of this FLIR video in May 2021, noting it was captured by Navy personnel. Corroborating radar data released by investigative filmmaker Jeremy Corbell indicates that up to 14 unknown objects swarmed the USS Omaha simultaneously, with some traveling at speeds exceeding 160 mph. The objects displayed advanced maneuverability and transmedium capabilities, as one entered the water without leaving any wreckage or being detectable by sonar.
